The Tennessee MBDA Business Center is operated by The MMBC Continuum under the leadership of president and CEO, Jozelle Booker. The Center is a program funded by the Minority Business Development Agency under the U.S. Department of Commerce which is the only federal agency solely dedicated to the growth and global competitiveness of minority business enterprises. The Tennessee Center is part of a national network of centers across the country that serve as a portal for access to local, national and federal procurement opportunities and supportive resources.
Any Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) that is majority owned and operated by an African American, Asian American, Hispanic American, Native American, or Pacific Islander, is eligible become a client of the Center.
